Wow, you two guys answered correctly. I suppose that it is an exotic food in Korea, but Americans eat lots of cheese. I've eaten Smoked Gouda like that many times. It is not my favorite type of cheese, but it's okay. I prefer Sharp Cheddar or Mozzarella.

The cheese I link is Polish cheese. The name is Oscypek being called the most delicious food in Poland. It is made from Sheep milk.

My favorite cheese in the world is Port Salut. I could live on it, if it wasn't so expensive. LOL.
