I agree with some of yours. I'd add Leatrice Joy and Florence Vidor, and Constance Talmadge, to a lesser degree her sister Norma.

With Rudy it really matters the style of the still photograph or the style of the film he made. He could look quite modern, like in Cobra, or he could look silly, like in the sheik pictures.
He certainly was a looker, however, and probably would have survived into the sound era if he had had better medical care and if antibiotics had been invented.

I agree with Joy and Bow, especially Joy. Rudolph is old-fashioned looking for me. Stars from 1940s to 1970s are never modern-looking.
